Man! Dude! Session #166

(D)ude: Man! This Snowden kid is a thirty-year-old computer systems hacker who is now being used by international drug cartels to bring unneeded attention to the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency to circumvent possible drug possession charges and subsequent revelations of an international illegal arms trade taking place as we speak and Snowden jumps from Hong Kong to Moscow to South America in order to divert attention from the Republican Party’s direct ties to the illicit world of trafficking arms, drugs, intelligence, and quite possibly perpetuating the global sex markets.

(M)an: Dude! Corruption to the nth degree is what I would focus on too, given all that you just shared! You know, I read somewhere that one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives was a man who sought sex with minors abroad and actually found several points of clearance for his pedophilia before being brought back to the US and charged for such heinous crimes.

D: Man! I think Edward Snowden is just a startled piglet that doesn’t understand the boars he is dealing with at the moment.

M: Dude! Snowden was tired of living a mundane existence and Dick Cheney and Co. gave him ample grounds for committing espionage. Let’s not forget that Snowden has on many occasions sited Cheney as his hero.

D: Man! That is bizarre! Edward Snowden probably has sustained head trauma somewhere down the chain of command. Do you think he was a Republican coquette?

M: Dude! Bloomberg and several other press sources report that President Obama’s approval rating are dropping in his second term. I don’t agree. I just think the time has come for American voters to take to the streets and demand respect for their voices and decision-making skills regardless of the consequences.

D: Man! Wasn’t this surveillance system in place during the George W. Bush years?

M: Dude! That’s just it! President Obama’s presidency is the most transparent ever and the American people must take a step back and try to comprehend why Snowden even wanted to come forward right now than earlier or later. Clearly, the countries where he has provoked demonstrations are in the dark about the reality of the illicit trafficking inside these countries that claim to be open to protecting Snowden.

D: Man! Protecting Snowden is like protecting corporate corruption and keeping these global underground markets abroad fresh and without the utmost scrutiny that they deserve to receive in actuality.

M: Dude! Snowden is a Ron Paul fan and has the same erroneous line up of seriously executed flapdoodle like, “I’m neither traitor nor hero. I am an American.”

D: Man! He’s a local yokel desperately seeking stardom and significant name recognition. In the end, I think he’s just another rustic rube like Amanda Knox, lacking common sense to not get wrapped up with foreign governments and questionable dirt by publishing an autobiographical account of a court ordeal in Italy that clearly involved the taking of a life of another quite graphically.

M: Dude! That’s an excellent point right there. After such sobering accounts of a violent end to her roommate’s life, Amanda Knox chose to still go ahead and write a book of the tragedy? What was she thinking?

D: Man! Amanda Knox, like George Zimmerman, allowed her primal sense of tainted and skewed justice to override basic mechanics of decorum for a split second that cost her freedom and consolidated her calculated sadism.

M: Dude! Daniel Ellsberg and Julian Assange have come to Snowden’s defense. But we are in different times these days with this war on terrorism. And the Eastern Hemisphere as well as the Western Hemisphere suffers because of leaders who are invested in their own financial advancements than global peace and lasting solutions. With the exception, of course, of President Obama and his Administration keeping their activities transparent, I think this policy of keeping openness is contributing to the rough criticism the White House has been receiving.

D: Man! Democracy is working and evolving under the Obama Administration and the Republicans are just bluffing when they declare the biggest myth of all that conservatives have come to an irresolvable point in their existence and are facing total extinction.

M: Dude! That is totally nonsense! That’s how the Republican Party manages to elk its way back into the mainstream and the White House: By portraying themselves as a changed party when they don’t have the capacity to even consider the underground markets for abortions they are indirectly implementing by closing down and disabling Planned Parenthood.

D: Man! The Republican Sequestration is slowing global markets and there are cries from all continents about the way the US GOP is stalling the international economy, and I am convinced that the GOP is indulgently making our lives miserable so that they can cheat and cheat their way back into the fabric of our lives.

M: Dude! They have accomplished that for sure! Just look at all the abortion clinics being closed down in states with Republican state legislatures and governors. What about Roe V. Wade? Is the downgrading of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 essentially a license for gerrymandered Republican districts and states to just outlaw federal policy?

D: Man! Yeah?

M: Dude! This is reprehensible! And the GOP doesn’t care about US! They have already sold their souls to the devil.

D: Man! Really?

M: Dude! I mean, just look at the way they pounce about in the House of Representatives and then recess for limitless vacations. John Boehner’s House has indulged in more time away from work than George W. Bush! Remember how W and Laura Bush would retire to Camp David and elsewhere like Mitt and Ann Romney vacationed in midst of campaigning?

D: Man! The GOP Republicans are unwilling to accept the results of the 2012 presidential election, trying to contest inclusive policies embracing diversity in the American electorate despite the fact they and the Supreme Court of the United States unfairly brought George W. Cheney into office in back-to-back elections without Al Gore and John Kerry once losing their composure like Mitt Romney and Ann Romney still do!

M: Dude! We cannot afford Republican state legislatures and GOP hoarders in the White House. We must stand up and kick these backward Republicans out of office.

D: Man! I’m getting ready for the midterm elections, you know? Yeah, I plan to take a whole basketful of croissants and a gallon of iced tea and stand in line with these refreshments atop a lawn chair that I will probably not need to sit in since I am building up my stamina and calf muscles by regularly walking the neighborhood every morning and evening.

Man! Dude! Session #165

(M)an: Dude! Mike Huckabee’s political action committee clearly states its stances on the four issues that constitute Huck PAC, Inc.’s founding principles.

(D)ude: Man! Mike Huckabee’s got a PAC? He’s the former governor of Arkansas and has been quite vocal like the absolutist revisionist that he is: Apparently Christianity is the only route to eternal salvation and personhood can be likened to slavery.

M: Dude! These guys are perverts, aren’t they? Yet President Bill Clinton has been linked to supporting these redneck ukuleles too.

D: Man! Former President Bill Clinton has guided me along a steadfast spiritual enlightenment of my own lately. You cannot judge Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton by her husband’s shenanigans.

M: Dude! That’s a profound insight! You really cannot judge a woman by her husband’s shenanigans or her child’s actions. There is autonomy of character that must be respectfully acknowledged.

D: Man! So what kind of founding principles does Huck PAC, Inc. stand by?

M: Dude! Founded in 2008, Huck PAC, Inc. is adamant about defending the second amendment and stomping the Obama Administration’s attempts to pass gun control legislation. And, the real kicker I think is that there are multiple avenues through which you can financially contribute to every cause via a conveniently placed link besides every issue and multiple other linkages to exactly the same place of emphasis: Your pocketbook.

D: Man! One of the principles must be pro-life, given all the activity countering pro-choice rallies in Austin that have taken place these past two days.

M: Dude! Yes! And then there is their exclusive support of traditional marriage between a man and a woman. And, don’t forget there are the Defend Life Fund and Save Marriage Defense Fund links besides each principle.

D: Man! What’s the last principle? Something against the Affordability Care Act sounds like a possibility, if not a Republican necessity?

M: Dude! Supporting balanced budgets and spending cuts and repealing Obamacare along with tax reform, Mike Huckabee is just as formidable an opponent of civil rights and worker rights as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, the thug who expressly states without fear how much he doesn’t care about anyone but himself  and how his business is no one’s business but his own.

D: Man! Governor Chris Christie and Mike Huckabee do not budge when being identified as democratic and blue, therefore they are capable of evils beyond human contemplation. But, I agree immensely, their snide remarks about whose business is whose really vexes me. Actually, it makes me sick!

M: Dude! Huck PAC, Inc.’s fundraising goal for July 2013 is a one thousand donations and they have so far successfully collected 99, but as to the who, what, when, where, and why, it’s anybody’s guess.

D: Man! Mike Huckabee is a talking contradiction of multiple kinds, isn’t he? I remember him paralleling personhood to slavery, yet his response to Natalie Portman’s pregnancy predating her marriage to the infant’s father was a revelation of Huckabee’s hypocrisy and perversion: “it’s unfortunate we glorify and glamorize the idea of out of wedlock children.”

M: Dude! Regarding Huckabee’s hypocrisy and perversion, when he praised redneck ukulele David Barton, Huckabee stated, “I almost wish that there would be a simultaneous telecast and all Americans would be forced at gunpoint to listen to every David Barton message.”

D: Man! David Barton has denounced all religious sects, excluding Christians of course, as being incapable of holding public office and was mentioned in the promotional literature of Pastor Pete Peters who is linked with several neo-Nazi groups. Barton is a lecturer for Glenn Beck’s online university.

M: Dude! Texas Occidental Franchise University’s got this one associate professor in one of its graduate programs that cannot help but categorize students, especially nonwhite members of the student body, into crude generalizations, as Mike Huckabee promoted the notion that President Obama had been raised in Kenya.

D: Man! There are a lot of Faux News Commentators from TOFU whose siblings or spouses, unbeknownst to them, have engaged in lewd behaviors purposefully out of ethnic strife, including spitting on multinational students and making sexually charged gestures at them. And now these slurring bigots are raising children of their own inside 100% Caucasian-White wedlock.

M: Dude! When the Supreme Court of the United States basically annihilated federal government oversight from the Voting Rights Act of 1965, it unbeknownst to itself has ushered in a really dangerous era of ethnic strife in the United States. On the large scale, the likes of these far-right personalities like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin may be entertained as foolish and absurd, but the damages that society sustains when these folks are no longer contained by laws and a general respect for those who sacrificed their lives for universal civility and humanity, then we the people are imperiled, especially our children.

D: Man! To be subjected to the shock talk of Rush Limbaugh every morning on the way to school in a parent’s car or on a mobile phone on the school bus, I would imagine irreparable intellectual damage.

M: Dude! Parents need to engage their children in one-to-one adult discussions about world affairs and pestering bigotry, regardless of their own identifying characteristics.

D: Man! Mike Huckabee has written many books, the latest featuring his own two grandchildren in his grandfatherly embraces. Talk about false prophets!

M: Dude! There is redemption and the whole thing about recognizing good fruit trees and bad fruit trees is too simplistic for US, especially now that we have begun a new millennium and shall become an interplanetary species by 2020, when right this minute astronauts are gearing towards an eighteen month mission to Mars.

D: Man! Novak Djokovic’s mindset and attitude are absolutely breathtaking. After all the fights on the tennis courts and six grand slams, Djokovic keeps levelheaded and cool. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such coolness in any existing person! Yeah, Murray won Wimbledon 2013, the first British player in 77 years to win, but Djokovic is one cool guy!

M: Dude! This cold war that the Republican GOP continually hammer about on Faux News and elsewhere is fabricated, just look at the way engineers from Russia and the United States and Canada, and practically every country in between for that matter, have come to an understanding that we as humans must transcend earthliness and evolve into an interplanetary species.

D: Man! Do you think we will evolve into those alien faces that Humanity attributes to other planetary beings?

M: Dude! That’s an interesting way of interpreting those very unparticular faces! Yeah, our journey onwards as Martians and Venusians may require us to take on new facial mathematics. I don’t know.

Man! Dude! Session #164

(D)ude: Man! I came across several sources online revealing Texas Governor Rick Perry’s ties to that video store that was located near Texas Occidental Franchise University, not Blockbuster, but the other one with the side ways “V” in its logo.

(M)an: Dude! Yeah! It specifically looks like “O” is greater than “I” with that side ways “V”… What about Movie Gallery and Rick Perry did you discover?

D: Man! Movie Gallery is the most prolific pornography distributor in the United States and Governor Rick Perry’s Personal Financial Statement from 1995 clearly states his investing in 32 stocks, which included category “B” stocks in Movie Gallery Inc.

M: Dude! How much does a category “B” stock amount to exactly?

D: Man! Somewhere between 5 and 10 thousand dollars, but keep in mind that Governor Rick Perry’s so-called “tort reform bill” relaxed the regulations on companies like Movie Gallery Inc. so that, as Perry said, “remove the incentive for trial lawyers to file frivolous lawsuits”… and, get this, Perry went on to make the declaration that Texans would “save thousands of jobs, generate millions in new revenues to the state”…

M: Dude! Governor Rick Perry is subjecting our daughters to physical and psychological health trauma and all-out degradation with his middle of the night legislative antiabortion maneuvers that essentially will dismantle women’s reproductive health rights by closing down modernized Planned Parenthood clinics that the Republican GOP vilify.

D: Man! And the guy’s, basically, being allowed since the mid-1990s to keep running over progressive measures like comprehensive sex education in public schools, implementing the Affordability Care Act, and protecting a woman’s right to make decisions concerning her own body.

M: Dude! Governor Rick Perry’s personal financial footing in Movie Gallery Inc. would only complicate matters that are actually quadrupled considering the deregulatory measures he has set forth, probably to avoid any investigations by the State of Texas into his own affairs.

D: Man! If his affairs cannot be investigated and his personal assets are in a blind trust fund, Governor Rick Perry can only be lassoed and thrown out by either the people of Texas who have shown such support for Wendy Davis and will be convening on the State Capitol steps on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, or Planned Parenthood itself.

M: Dude! What if I were to file a case against The State Of Texas for not being able to engage in day-to-day society effectively because of an ongoing battle with medically uninsured customers who transfer their coughs and colds onto me, making me lose my balance on ladders and during heavy duty lifting at the hardware store?

D: Man! What if Planned Parenthood were to file a case against The State Of Texas for not being able to defend women’s rights against unreasonable searches and seizures of the clinics that stand up for women’s autonomy and enhance the quality of life for their patients?

M: Dude! I agree Article IV of The United States Constitution is being violated in Texas by these thieves that prowl and perpetuate backwardness upon a nation in middle of the night like what’s happening now in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin, Alabama, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, Montana, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, and Idaho as well.

D: Man! That’s almost half the United States of America! The Voting Rights Act of 1965’s provision that essentially gave the federal government the ability to intervene if there was reason to suspect or evidence to suggest that there were violations against voters’ rights, was killed by five male justices of the United States Supreme Court.

M: Dude! Justices Alito, Kennedy, Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts are not going to be written about in history books with disdain. I looked up Manifest Destiny on Wikipedia and found that the writers had included George W. Bush as one of the presidents to go down in its controversial history as having shaped a similar plan of implementation in Iraq and Afghanistan.

D: Man! What! What? Wikipedia actually listed George W. Bush as a contributor alongside other presidents? Which presidents have the dishonor of sharing space with George W. Bush under Manifest Destiny?

M: Dude! I cannot disrespect them herein! There are too many present-day Republican hypocrites sending US backwards, yet Wikipedia actually extols George W. Bush for having pulled his approval rating up since vacating the White House premises.

D: Man! I think Laura Bush confirmed that George W. reports to his White House office replica at the presidential library on the SMU campus every afternoon. He likes to keep office hours as well with the local fraternities and sororities and will be installing a Mr. Coffee right before the start of the fall semester.

M: Dude! I think his presidential dollhouse on the SMU campus is amiss. I would much rather prefer to see him and Cheney and Rice and Rumsfeld being held accountable for the deaths of all those Americans who died on 9/11/01. I seriously believe that an underhanded Christian Brotherhood is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and the Taliban, essentially all these radical right-wingers like the ones who proudly outlawed sharia law in Texas fairly recently.

D: Man! There is a separation between Church and State in the United States, isn’t there?

M: Dude! I’m not sure anymore. Special interests-lobbyists-billionaires in the United States can easily buy the Congressional Republicans, as the Muslim Brotherhood and Taliban are essentially on sale and can be bought quite cheaply. Income differentials are widening and the richest 20% on earth generate three-quarters of the world’s income.

D: Man! That last statistic supports Dale Carnegie’s theory about why anybody would want to be altruistic and that’s because everyone wants to be recognized as having been significant! Otherwise, why don’t the top 2% distribute their wealth to finance solutions for the millions of women who spend considerable hours everyday collecting water? Water and sanitation deficits are costly wastes, like the Republican Budget Proposal that only desires to provide its enforcers with the perks and privileges of the American elite!

M: Dude! Do you think Abraham Maslow ever imagined that people like the Republican Party would be regressing to stages of an entirely different chart summarizing their socioeconomic plunder and henceforth contracted moves to secure only their own patriarchal lives?

D: Man! Yes! And they have essentially annihilated the hierarchy of needs like that construction company that destroyed a 2,300 year old pyramid in Belize for gravel road fill, their United States counterparts preparing to wipe out aquifers and gorgeous natural landscapes for the Keystone Pipeline XL!

"Plight of an Oppressed Woman" by Sahir Ludhianvi (1921-1980)

Pg. 447 (Sahir Ludhianvi translated from the Hindi-Urdu by Alverston & Associates)

“Plight of an Oppressed Woman”

Men consider Woman solely a body

Do not acknowledge therein resides a soul too!

Men do not care what soul subsists, adjudicating encumbrance

They just fulfill their physical needs!

However, every time Her essence is infringed,

Her body may as well be a walking corpse!

Men do not hunger consciousness of Truth:

For centuries this prevalent custom of Barbarity preponderates

It still exists! It still exists? It still exists? It still exists!

For many centuries this practice of sins will persist

Every scream of a Woman perceived as song!

Same was the custom in tribal times as it is now in city customs!

For Her to propagate with an oppressor, bodies joined in tyrannous manners,

Men separating themselves as Humanity, making sure they stand

Alone and upright, although far more innocent birds have greater sang-froid!

We who walk around in self-professed singularity from the natural world entirely

The ferocious beast, unlike us, cannot bring itself to allege similar virtues!

In a snuffed out soul, skeletal, emaciated body, Womanhood endures

Just wondering where to go to break this cycle of my fate!

I’m not alive, so how can I find solace in death?

Not completely dead so that I can slip away from grief!

Who will point out to whom I can go to for inquiry about my chassis?

For how long will men pour my life into the mold of fury?

Until the world consciously and willingly opens its eyes,

And acknowledges this custom of barbaric oppression,

For how long will male bias dominate?

["Response To The Status Quo's Injustices"]

[“Response To The Status Quo’s Injustices”]

Entering my own home, I have become a stranger.

After sensing my presence, my soul has become terrified.

With Dread, every Hope has retired into the corners.

The grief upon the face has snuffed out the flame,

That even Zeal cannot recognize Grief.

Desire has surrendered its head upon the threshold and died.

I left my home in search of which country?

Upon arrival, I became a foreigner in my own home.

Gulzar (18 August 1936 – age 76), Academy Award winning songwriter who wrote the acclaimed lyrics for Best Original Song “Jai Ho” from Slumdog Millionaire (2008).

Man! Dude! Session #163

(M)an: Dude! Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi has invested all his energy to widening his political control over the most populous Arab country right now.

(D)ude: Man! What do you think went awry? Are American legislatures responsible for the parallel corruption happening here and in Egypt?

M: Dude! The Arab Spring flourished when the Democrats controlled the House and the Senate and President Obama was newly-elected and brilliantly going about the issues of the day by saving the American automobile industry and an exhaustive list of to-do items. But when the 2010 midterms came around, and people had become accustomed to expecting veracity and forthrightness that the Obama Administration demonstrated in its handling of progressive reforms like healthcare coverage for all Americans regardless of socioeconomic constraints on individuals like us.

D: Man! The 2010 Tea Party influx within the Republican GOP was nothing new?

M: Dude! No! Far from new, the influx was mounting to what it is today since the times of Ronald Reagan and that presidency’s obstructionist rewrites of everything pertaining to equal opportunity, like terming affirmative action as reverse discrimination.

D: Man! That’s the mentality that got us here in the dungeons of the draconian world of conservative cheats! President Obama, popularly reelected by an indefatigable electorate who withstood the obstacles set before them to cast their ballots , and angry protesters standing up for Texas women by taking a stand alongside their official spokesperson and elected official Wendy Davis.

M: Dude! First, you’ve got President Morsi and the Obstructionist Congressional Republicans wanting no more than to continue fighting for political control with total disregard for the economic issues needing to be addressed. Second, you’ve got jobs crises in both countries due to Morsi and Congressional Republicans not wanting to address such an issue for fear of reducing their chances to line their pockets with an endless cash flow from international unrest and eventual chaos.

D: Man! If Governor Rick Perry and the Texas GOP follow in the sneaky footsteps of other Republican Party-run state legislatures that have resorted to passing legislation at odd hours of the night for fear of social protests and have the nerve to address voters as troublemaking anarchists, I consider that concrete evidence that the Republican Party has moved to yet another level of corruption only seen in places like the ones where Kentuckian Senators Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell manage to visit or disregard entirely.

M: Dude! It’s time to get out our orange tees and head out to Austin for the July 9th Texas Senate special legislative session. I’m concerned about the committee meeting being held today. Have you heard anything yet about what happened with regards to that quote unquote committee meeting?

D: Man! I think the House Committee passed the abortion bill around midnight.

M: Dude! What? No!

D: Man! That’s what a lot of the news sources are reporting online, of course!

M: Dude! The national and local media did not televise Texas State Senator Wendy Davis’s 11-hour filibuster. Yet, thanks to streaming video on the Internet, hundreds and thousands of people across the United States tuned in nevertheless.

D: Man! Doesn’t CSPAN cover everything as a nonpartisan channel?

M: Dude! Nonpartisan is antiquated! It used to roam the earth with bipedal parrot dinosaurs!

D: Man! You mean to say that nonpartisanship never existed amongst humanity?

M: Dude! Yes, creationists and ecologists only agree to that extent, rather reprehensibly too.

D: Man! To be on the same side as Bobby Jindal and Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush would be reprehensible. And to add to the fury, Governor Rick Perry’s denouncing and demeaning Wendy Davis’s life’s circumstances is just outright revolting.

M: Dude! Have you ever seen Governor Rick Perry in public?

D: Man! The guy made a pass at my great-grandmother once upon a time. Governor Rick Perry probably could violate any woman with his sleazy eyes! My great-grandmother felt so sick to her stomach that day that she had to return home and confess Rick Perry’s sins to a neighboring Catholic priest!

M: Dude! You’re great-grandmother was compassionate and ecumenical. I admired her.

D: Man! The Republican GOP wants to end preventative universal healthcare and yet they furiously insist on defending the life of an unborn child?

M: Dude! It is preventative universal healthcare for all Americans under the Health Care Affordability Act! But I think the 40 million plus Americans functioning without healthcare will find strength with structure.

D: Man! These Republican lawmakers ought to study the hard statistics about motherhood and criminality because sexual violence- specifically rape- still goes unreported 75 to 95 percent of the time.

M: Dude! Rape crisis centers will be unable to discuss the possibility of pregnancy when counseling victims of sexual violence. Reminds me of the stories coming out of the protests happening in Egypt about women being sexually assaulted and violated repeatedly due to the mob scenes outside.

D: Man! There is a methodical end to democracy in the United States taking place here that needs to be addressed before our sisters and mothers and wives are subjected to the horrors of black market reproductive services in wake of the closing down of Planned Parenthood Clinics throughout Texas and the United States beginning this year.

M: Dude! We have to vote these GOP bipedal parrot dinosaurs out of office ASAP!

Man! Dude! Session #162

(D)ude: Man! The nineteen firefighters who died in the Yarnell Hill, Arizona wildfire yesterday deserved better materials in their safety devices. Called fire shelters, these last resort devices require that the firefighters dig trenches to fully implement the effectiveness of what are otherwise metallic body bags with layers of fiberglass, aluminum foil, and silica.

(M)an: Dude! It took US twenty-five years to come out with an alternative upgraded version of the fire shelter, which is still overly simplistic and backwards.

D: Man! That’s what happens when Republican leadership infiltrates state legislatures. Like, right now, we have Republican Governor Jan Brewer, GOP Senators John McCain and Jeff Flake in Arizona addressing the tragedy with perfunctory clichés and downright ambiguity that makes me suspect guilt.

M: Dude! Jan Brewer, John McCain, and Jeff Flake don’t have the capacity for guilt. Rather, they are so murderously obstructionist that they are willing to enforce Sequestration and Economic Mediocrity upon the American electorate.

D: Man! They are racially charged in their intentions. They align themselves with corporations and the private sector while plummeting the middle and working classes, especially minorities that have been dealt the severest setbacks with the Supreme Court’s upsetting federal government oversight in favor of the states dealing with voter registration and identification cards.

M: Dude! I think Donald Trump would do a whole lot of good for this great nation by going after Justice Clarence Thomas’ academic records. I still suspect that Clarence Thomas was unable to nail the style of presentation required of latter-day progressives like the Democratic Party’s chief representatives.

D: Man! You think Clarence Thomas is an inadequate?

M: Dude! What else would propel him to such heights as being confirmed to the Supreme Court even after the revelation of his parasitic sexual misconduct?

D: Man! What about the inadequacy of John Boehner and his lowbred Republican House Caucus?
Boehner’s Caucus only knows how to skedaddle from the issues that cannot be dismissed as chicken feed. Although, I am pretty sure Representative Paul Ryan collects chicken feed in order to keep up with his waning veneer of “wonky” adroitness, fitting in several charts every Sunday with George Stephanopoulos or David Gregory that totally lack credibility and common sense.

M: Dude! Boehner’s Caucus’ flare-ups are incredible! They defy logic! It’s like the United States middle and lower classes are being held hostage intellectually. Interest rates on college loans are nearing 7% as of July 1st and a college education is being deemed optional by the Congressional Republicans. But do you see Rand Paul and Jeff Flake’s children being disciplined for their unimaginably brutish behaviors towards flight attendants and frighteningly derogatory language over the Internet?

D: Man! If Americans do not come out and vote in the midterm elections that are scheduled to begin this October and go on into the fall of 2014, then we’re basically going to be moving generations behind in the new millennium with the likes of Senators Rand Paul and Jeff Flake and Governor Chris Christie, all three of whom do not have any plans for reconciliation with women and minorities, instead following the recommendations of Heritage Foundation’s Jim DeMint and loyalist Newt Gingrich.

M: Dude! Everything is theoretical for the status quo. But, for those who strive towards physically making the world more accessible to all of Humanity, there is a heartbeat behind the hard work. Take the University of Manchester’s discovery of Graphene, for example, the two dimensional material discovered by engineers that could allow for thinner and thinner solar panels and lighter and lighter but stronger and stronger support to, perhaps, be used in place of steel film in industrial processes.

D: Man! Is it not economically feasible to use in, perhaps, advancing the makeup of those fire shelters that were unable to sustain the wildfire and keep 19 of our elite firefighters out of harm’s way?

M: Dude! The tragedy in Yarnell Hill, Arizona will not be the last. Climate changes in recent years only substantiate studies by scientists into the phenomenon known as global warming. It is caused primarily by Humanity and we have to invest in new materials to withstand the new physical challenges that are resulting out of what I like to call global warnings.

D: Man! You know about the investment in infrastructure going on right now here in Fort Worth?

M: Dude! Yeah? When are the highways going to be up and running? There are a lot of detours everywhere I want to drive and I have to anticipate long waits even at exits!

D: Man! There are highway problems in Fort Worth that have been attributed to inadequate contractors being hired who are pocketing money intended for the purposes of constructing the soundest structures for our burgeoning city. I think the southeast edge of Fort Worth is where an intersection in question is located. Randle D. Howard was the initial contractor sought but, thanks to the Texas Public Information Act, the local papers were able to pull up information of two additional companies that collaborated with R.D. Howard LLC of Fort Worth.

M: Dude! So, Randle D. Howard LLC of Fort Worth placed a bid that was effectively insufficient funding for the contract work placed?

D: Man! R.D. Howard LLC of Fort Worth basically bid $37,000 to win the contract, but then did not follow the rules and regulations put forth by the county, specifically that the bidder be the one to exclusively handle all of the workload.

M: Dude! That’s criminal, no?

D: Man! R.D. Howard LLC must be held accountable, I would think. It involves taxpayers’ funds. However, this is Governor Rick Perry’s Texas and Congresswoman Kay Granger and Senators John Cornyn and Ted Cruz were involved in gerrymandering and whatnot to become our representatives. But, then again, thank goodness for State Senator Wendy Davis! She’s our hope for change in the coming midterms!
