Happily Ever Forever

(D)ude: Man! The United States Department of Commerce and the Clinton Global Initiative and the Congressional Republicans are coordinating a jab at President Obama via the plight of American steel and manufacturing workers facing layoffs and reduced work hours as a result of the U.S.-Korea Trade Agreement enforced on March 15, 2012 with the intension of eliminating all tariffs within the course of a decade and the unintended consequence that is being felt a year later, that being South Korea dumping inferior quality steel into the United States, which is being utilized in building United States transportation infrastructures.

(M)an: Dude! What ties the Congressional Republicans and the Commerce Department to the Clinton Global Initiative specifically? Regarding the Korean market and free trade agreements, I am concerned too because the Office of the United States Trade Representative Michael Froman is not addressing anything about keeping the countries on the receiving end of our Free Trade Agreements accountable ethically, economically and socially too.

D: Man! United States Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker spoke at a recent 2014 CGI event in Denver, Colorado, addressing the issues surrounding workforce readiness and on the job training opportunities in the new millennium for America’s workers. However, the Department of Commerce blog mentions Charting a New Course: Education and Employing America’s Future Leaders and, two paragraphs later, enable a number of communities to train workers for careers in cutting edge industries, such as advanced manufacturing, IT, and healthcare. What about the rest of US who are not destined for leadership positions but depend on our non-advanced manufacturing jobs to sustain not just ourselves but our entire families?

M: Dude! What are we to do in the face of South Korea not respecting the terms set forth in the contractual agreements with US and, moreover, our International Trade Administration’s functionally defunct Industry and Analysis and Enforcement and Compliance units, responsible for, respectively, strengthening relationships with manufacturing and services industries to increase U.S. exports and enforcing U.S. trade laws and ensuring compliance with trade agreements negotiated on behalf of U.S. industry.

D: Man! George Herbert Walker Bush signed the North American Free Trade Agreement but President Clinton enforced it with more Republican supporters than Democrat in the House on November 17, 1993 as well as in the Senate. Likewise, George Walker Bush signed the free trade agreement between the USA and Korea, or KORUS FTA, on June 30, 2007 but President Obama renegotiated several of the specifics in that trade agreement before signing on in December 2010 and sending it to pass both houses of congress on October 12, 2011.

M: Dude! Wednesday’s guest column in Virginia, Minnesota’s Mesabi Daily News written by U.S. Steel Corporation’s Chris Masciantonio and United Steelworkers’ John Rebrovich, co-chairs of the Iron Ore Alliance, address the issue of South Korea and eight additional countries violating the trade laws of the United States summarily:

About one year ago, U.S. Steel and other domestic steel companies filed a trade case against the countries, based on an intense surge in underpriced steel products imported into the U.S. market.  We strongly believe these products are being illegally dumped into our country at prices below market value and in ways designed to circumvent U.S. trade laws. U. S. Steel’s trade case is currently pending with the U.S. Department of Commerce, and a decision is expected in mid-July.

Our country has trade laws that serve as the last line of defense for American companies and workers threatened by illegal trade activity. When these rules are not effectively enforced, American jobs are placed in jeopardy.

If the federal government doesn’t aggressively enforce our country’s trade laws, Minnesota mining operations will become vulnerable and jobs will be threatened, including the 583,000 steel-related jobs across the nation.

The steel products that are being dumped into the U.S. market are called oil country tubular goods (OCTG). These steel pipe products are used in energy production and play a critical role in our nation’s progress toward energy independence.

D: Man! Has the United States been dealt this issue of free trade agreement ethical practices before?

M: Dude! According to Masciantonio and Rebrovich the United States was dealt the same situation with China six years ago:

In 2008, Chinese steel companies aggressively dumped these same products into the U.S. market, causing pipe mills across the nation to close or operate at less than 30 percent capacity. Thousands of steelworkers were left without jobs. The unfair dumping in 2008 hurt Minnesota’s iron mining operations as well.
The industry fought against the illegally dumped Chinese imports and won, and we now need to achieve the same result in 2014. Chinese imports of OCTG dramatically declined from more than 2 million tons in 2008 to trace amounts in 2013. This is proof that our economy prospers when domestic companies and steelworkers have a fair chance to compete in a rules-based market.

D: Man! Talking about rules-based markets and the United States, what about John Roberts’ SCOTUS deciding unanimously against the safety barriers between patients seeking women’s health resources such as abortion counseling and services and protesters outside such healthcare clinics?

M: Dude! What about the Green family in the Hobby Lobby case still to be decided by John Roberts’ SCOTUS? Isn’t there a perverse double standard in perversion here?

D: Man! Yes, there is a perverse double standard here! If religious employers’ perverse whims, such as in the case of the Green family that is choosing to hide behind descriptors like conservatism and religiousness, to delve into their employees’ sexual health issues, specifically refusing healthcare coverage regarding contraception, isn’t thwarted, then what’s the future going to be like for women in a country that is the leader in male impotence drugs like Viagara and Cialis?

M: Dude! Former Republican Tea GOP Senator Robert Dole came out and addressed his erectile dysfunction somewhere in the nineties. But if the Green family from Hobby Lobby can make contraceptive care a religious issue and a matter of conservatism, then men should be banned from considering their erectile issues matters of healthcare and Viagara and Cialis ought to be considered just as religiously and conservatively inappropriate as female contraceptives.

D: Man! These free trade agreements originating from the Bush eras are errors and John Roberts’ SCOTUS is only making life in the United States unimaginably difficult and ushering in a new error in American law enforcement concerning defining assault and battery. The syndicated American columnist George Will’s June 6th article about progressivism’s ills, particularly the stringent insistence of law and order that has created a culture of sexual victimhood on college campuses in the United States, as he shamelessly admits to his own perversions by placing all the blame on the victims through theoretical scenarios he formulates and then derides, like the case of the woman who claimed date rape although she had consensual sex many times with the man she later identified as her rapist.

M: Dude! George Will could well be a sexual tourist and sexual opportunist, like that fictional character that Anthony Hopkins portrayed in that Jodie Foster film by the director Jonathan Demme. I also believe the same can be said of a lot of the Republican Tea GOP membership. These predominantly male sadists, like Anthony Hopkins’ character at the end of that Jodie Foster film by director Jonathan Demme going off to the island of Bimini in the Bahamas, venture to foreign lands where there is no law and order restricting exploitation and prostitution of women and children.

D: Man! Didn’t Anthony Hopkins’ character go to Bimini in search of his physician   jailer’s whereabouts for the intent and purpose of killing him?

M: Dude! Perhaps, but I remain convinced that these free trade agreements and the Congressional
Republicans’ deliberate inactions only blur the lines between our human trafficking crisis and the exploitation of women and children worldwide. If South Korea can cheat and get away with dumping inferior steel in the USA, then what guarantees have we that South Korea is not cheating and getting away with lax regulations concerning its human trafficking crisis?

D: Man! I want to hear more from Alexandra Pelosi, the brilliant journalist and filmmaker who happens to be the daughter of Representative Nancy Pelosi of California. Alexandra was on MSNBC Live this morning and spoke incredibly to the point about the influx of unaccompanied minors arriving at the border between Mexico and Texas since October, over 52,000 being granted government protection by the United States of America thus far. According to the Bloomberg Review’s Francis Wilkinson, President Obama should have taken on immigration reform sooner, but what Wilkinson is overlooking in declarations about the Republican Tea GOP criticizing the President’s Administration for having responded later to the immigration crisis, is that the Obama Administration has been keeping the children from harm’s way, including deportation to those Central American countries where they were already living on the edge when promised the American Dream by smugglers in exchange for what could be upwards of five thousand dollars.

M: Dude! United States laws regarding assault and battery keep everybody entitled to their personal space and physical safety. Have American Press Corps representatives like George Will and the John Roberts’ SCOTUS not learned of the horrors associated with invasion of personal space in societies which do not legally protect against assault and battery as harshly as US?

D: Man! Doesn’t anyone remember the plight of the women during the Arab Spring in Egypt, especially the high incidents of sexual misconduct by male spectators despite women wearing conservative burqas in Tahrir Square? And what about the trial of the twelve males suspects suspected of sexually victimizing females during Al-Sisi’s election and inauguration as recent as this past June Third and June Eighth?

M: Dude! That’s why laws are so paramount to human decency! George Will seems to suggest that the United States be able to follow an honor system with regards to sexual assault, which is how he defines rape. But I think rape as sexual battery, assault being defined as the threat of violence and battery being defined as physical violence.

D: Man! God willing and United States laws standing, we can enjoy the ball drop in New York City on New Year’s Eve on television knowing that Americans still have reverence for each other’s  personal space and that the live audience in Time’s Square can still mingle without assault.

M: Dude! Living in the United States should be without insult too! Unfortunately, even though there are cyber-bullying laws in effect in the United States and campaigns like It Gets Better, there is no serious protection from being verbally targeted, except if you can prove that there is some overt intent to do physical harm that is causing the victim’s apprehension and whether the victim had an awareness of danger.

D: Man! Attempted battery assault versus aggravated assault? Remember that unstable character that Michael Douglas played who threatened the entire police force with a plastic water gun for the entire length of the film and then was shot in crossfire when he withdrew the plastic water gun from his pant pocket finally? Well, that’s what the Republican Tea GOP must be held accountable for doing to US and why Americans  must vote on Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

"In my courtyard there descended a procession of stars..." (Bollywood Hollywood 2014).

“My Reminiscence”
Last night I was reminiscent
About a fleeting incident.
This time cool breeze
Brought a blessing:
Pathways adorned with flowers
And me in the company of someone.
When he held and kissed my hand,
In my courtyard there descended
A procession of stars.
Came into my life a moonlit night.
My being soaking in this cosmic monsoon.
Lost in thoughts about him.
Fragrance, nightfall, and me.

John-Jahn's Prayer Beads & Universal Heartstrings

(M)an: Dude! This morning Rod Nordland reported in the New York Times that the Shiite cleric and leader of 170 million Shiites in the world, Ayatollah Ali Al-Sistani, had one of his representatives in the Shiite Holy City of Karbala, Iraq, Ahmed Al-Safi, convey the Ayatollah’s message of encouragement for an inclusive government in Iraq that would accept the diverse political parties in Iraq and understand that he, the Ayatollah, did not mean to convey a message of sectarian strife and armament in his earlier statement calling for volunteers to unite against extremism.

(D)ude: Man! I hope Civil Rights leaders from and following the era of Kennedy and LBJ can look inside their heart and own struggles and be able and willing to see how George Walker Bush’s Administration and the Republican Tea GOP since have carefully constructed to destroy the Middle East by handing power to a Shiite leader like Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki after invading Iraq and dismantling the Sunni leadership stronghold of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party’s Iraqi Regional Branch that spilt up in 1966 in middle of Lyndon Johnson’s Admin, although I stress President Eisenhower’s and then-Vice President Richard Nixon’s meddling within the Middle East with 1957’s Eisenhower Doctrine.

M: Dude! The 1957 Eisenhower Doctrine was a failure because the United States of America’s Republican Party leadership in the White House at the time could not politely accept sharing world power with Russia who had interests in being able to use the Suez Canal in Egypt, which led to the rise and success of Egypt’s President Gamal Abdel Nasser’s meddling with both US and the Soviets under the guise of quote unquote positive neutrality that allowed Nasser to accept assistance from the Soviets, an action interpreted as a provocation by US.

D: Man! What should the United States do today in response to Ayatollah Ali Al-Sistani’s plea for inclusive government during Friday Prayers?

M: Dude! The American Press Corps needs to comprehend with sincerity the history of US and not do what the neoconservative branches of leadership in the United States are in the position and power to abuse for the sake of trying to come across as an obnoxious unparalleled superpower with no tolerance for the over fifty million refugees trapped inside slums on the outskirts of nations that have compassionately agreed to open their borders. We have slums inside the United States too, granted. However, the plight of the poor and working classers in the United States and the refugees abroad must bring American Voters to the voting booths this Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014, hence our entire nation towards the forefront of human consciousness in the new millennium.

D: Man! Let’s not forget the Maronite Christians and the Muslims in Lebanon configuring a civil war between themselves due to the divide between pro-Western sentiments on the side of the Christian Lebanese President Camille Chamoun during the Suez Canal Crisis and the pro-United Arab Republic Sunni Muslim Lebanese Prime Minister Rashid Karami who aligned himself with Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser.

M: Dude! The Maronite Church is named after Saint Maroun, a monastic priest and, later, hermit who practiced a lifestyle very similar to how Tibetan Buddhist monks attain enlightenment or Buddhahood for the sake of assisting and teaching sentient beings such as ourselves to achieve enlightenment despite the spiritual plaque within us that has accumulated due to our own past negative actions. But hope awaits us, for the Buddhist teacher doesn’t have this particular karmic hang-up himself or herself, making their end of the spiritual encounter totally free of fickleness.

D: Man! A read through of the 1958 Lebanon crisis on Wikipedia made my head spin and release epiphanies of many sorts, primarily that there are no failures in foreign policies in the new millennium, only challenges and frustrations that need to be addressed with the utmost sincerity and ill will towards none. The tragedies that result from a lack of seeing the similarities across cultures and peoples’ interests beyond the physical constraints like rank and race and gender, upset me a lot.

M: Dude! Even after knowing our parishioner friend John-Jahn for over a- how long has it been since we’ve seen him anyways? What’s John-Jahn up to these days? Still traveling in circles around the globe and collecting prayer beads from religious shrines? It’s been four years since his lotto win and over four months since we’ve seen him.

D: Man! Johnny’s choosing to call himself “John” in the Judeo-Christian spheres and “Jahn” in the predominantly Muslim spheres makes me wonder why the Congressional Republicans cannot be as accepting of diversity and goodhearted as John-Jahn. I still cannot get over how Johnny managed to pick up the word Jahn, or life that only differs by one vowel from John.

M: Dude! His physical endurance trip after trip is unbelievable! Where and how is he?

D: Man! Johnny’s visiting Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and made the pilgrimage to see Christ the Redeemer, the statue of course, and wrote that the soccer match between the USA and Portugal will be this Sunday in Manaus, the city capital of the Northern Brazil state of Amazonas, but that he was planning too to attend Saturday’s soccer match between Argentina and Iran in the close by capital city of Belo Horizonte in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.

M: Dude! He was planning too to attend? He was planning too to attend?

D: Man! Jahn’s not a spendthrift. You’re certainly aware of the countless invites he’s sent which included travel and lodging accommodations. Remember Jahn’s pilgrimages to Karbala, Iraq and Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and the prayer beads from both he brought back?

M: Dude! Didn’t Jahn tell us how Muslim American Families depart the United States for Iraq so they can pray at the Karbala before departing for Saudi Arabia in order to carry out the Fifth Pillar of Islam that is Hajj, or the pilgrimage to Mecca, if  and when they are financially capable of making the journey?

D: Man! Yes. Jahn spoke of the way Sunni and Shiite Muslims coexist peacefully on the journeying. In fact, upon first traveling to Iraq and then Saudi Arabia, Jahn listened to a diversified collection of stories from fellow passengers and pilgrims on the way over and back, all of whom were concerned that Presidents Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Herbert Walker Bush, and Walker Bush had strategically setup militias and the militants in order to wipe out entire cultures. One passenger handed Jahn the 2005 classic entitled Strange Times, My Dear: The Pen Anthology of Contemporary Iranian Literature in which the editors and writers all spoke of how unknown and cruel the foreign policies of the George Walker Bush Admin had been up until then.

M: Dude! I read two stories from that anthology too!

D: Man! I only read the introduction to the prose section by Nahid Mozaffari and was absolutely terrified of President George Walker Bush’s lies and censoring of the arts from Iranian literary powerhouses from 2001 onwards.

M: Dude! The Mirror by Mahmud Dowlatabadi, I’m suspecting, gave the Republican Tea GOP the strategy of voter fraud and suppression when it was published in 1999. That’s the way the Republican Tea GOP operates. First, pick up on injustices from the peoples you want to terrorize abroad, and secondly, import those injustices into, essentially, American Anarchy at home.

D: Man! In Nahid Mozaffari’s introduction, Iranian philosophers and activists actually express the shock of having a declared and celebrated democracy and superpower such as the United States of America inflicting so much damage onto comparatively much smaller nations in the Middle East. In fact, the social discourse throughout the history of Iranian literature has been amongst youth and the Iranian youth circa 2005 were hurt that a nation with a constitution like the United States of America and its Constitution could respond and react so undemocratically and violate the Iranian people’s humanity and integrity by not applying the Bill of Rights to all people around the globe.

M: Dude! That’s a perspective that I’ve overlooked, I am ashamed to admit. I guess I’m not as enlightened as I thought myself to have been. I felt the same way reading The Victory Chronicle of the Magi by Hushang Golshiri because the writer takes the reader  on a first hand trip through the making of a ghost town with what I can only describe as the living dead. It is essentially the days and nights of the living dead, people who are so torn by the unrest and violence of politics and war that they abandon their humanity in exchange for raw survival instincts where each must condition oneself to look past the tears of victims, the pleas of whom are saturated with a rich past of love and feeling between them and their now-perpetrating neighbors and friends.

D: Man! There are pleas in the anthology for US to open our hearts to healing and rebuilding, instead of selfishly demolishing and killing randomly abroad and then keeping the American public unaware of the facts like Vice President Dick Cheney and President George Walker Bush chose to do at the time this anthology was released.

M: Dude! What about the first amendment rights of Iranian and Iraqi youth? What about the abuse of the second amendment by George Walker Bush and Dick Cheney, Herbert Walker and Dan Quayle, Ronald Reagan and Herbert Walker Bush inside Iraq and Iran?

We are Alverston & Associates because of Steve Jobs (1955-2011).

(D)ude: Man! Hillary Rodham Clinton is doing brilliantly and her four years as Secretary of State in President Obama’s Administration attest to her strength and genius, putting aside politics for the United States of America. Her outlook as Secretary of State was wide and intense and laid the groundwork for Secretary John Kerry’s current grip on negotiating and renegotiating alternatives to warfare with the allies that Secretary Rodham Clinton reengaged once again after the traumatic eight years of George Walker Bush’s wars and sanctions, which the Republican Tea GOP is trying to resurrect from an animalistic barbarism of theirs that is beyond common sense and human decency.

(M)an: Dude! The Republican Tea GOP is responsible for the needless deaths each year of so many innocent Americans like Jordan Davis and Chris Martinez because of gun violence due to deregulations imposed by the Republican Tea GOP lobbyists such as the National Rifle Association. As Hillary Rodham Clinton courageously spoke on behalf of all of US during the town hall on CNN Tuesday with Christiane Amanpour, we need a more thoughtful conversation; we cannot let a minority of people hold a viewpoint that terrorizes the majority of people.

D: Man! Isn’t the Republican Tea GOP leadership a minority of people holding onto perspectives that essentially terrorize not just US but the entire world? Like the resurgence of chaos and instability in Iraq? Are not Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham sounding off false alarms once again concerning Iraq? Are they and their Republican Tea GOP proponents of Anti-Semitic sentiments abroad not genocidal in their total disregard for Muslim lives? Are the Republican Tea GOP not practitioners of jihadist terrorism themselves, only with a grossly redneck pseudo-Christian evangelism exonerating themselves from hell on Earth and Elsewhere?

M: Dude! Hell on Earth and Elsewhere? American voters have the power to hold these jihadist redneck pseudo-Christian rascals accountable, like ex-Vice President Dick Cheney and Paul Bremer, administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq, which basically made him the Head of State in Iraq after the 2003 invasion that would metastasize into the Second Iraq War. Americans need to register and vote on Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014, and expunge these obstructionist belligerents known so casually as the Congressional Republicans, all of the 435 seats in the House of Representatives being up for reelection this year. This last fact has the Congressional Republicans so afraid that they’ve amped up their arrogance and redirected their howls to foreign affairs because they want comprehensive warfare to distract and detract the American voters on Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from their obstructionist inaction that has cost this country and its citizenry needless sufferings.

D: Man! The American citizenry’s future rests in the hands of suffragists! Suffragists can end needless sufferings globally! Vote America! Vote! Bring our girls back from the brinks at home as well as in Nigeria, bring the Middle East back from the era of crass Republican Tea GOP generalizations and stereotypes that have maintained unrest and violence in the streets of Baghdad. Senators McCain and Graham want this unrest and violence to spill over into Iran and Turkey while they themselves enjoy their summer vacations as we the people struggle with childcare arrangements for the season while deciding how to afford the special groceries that come with children’s 3-month hiatus from school, not to forget the ear infections and sunburns requiring special ointments and doctor appointments because of fierce juvenile ethos about pathos that lead them back into the sun and the water.

M: Dude! Republican Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Republican South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham shared the Republican Tea GOP’s upcoming strategies to finance yet other 9/11 attacks on American consulates at home and abroad.

D: Man! Is that right? Why would the Republican Tea GOP want to actively finance such death and destruction? Why do they hate so passionately?

M: Dude! The Republican Tea GOP goes abroad regularly and as they spread out in their travels, they deliver money to groups that become the very terrorists that the Republican Tea GOP leadership then forewarns about on the Sunday talk shows.

D: Man! You should have printed out the transcripts to the Sunday talk shows! I want to be able to read the evidence of such wretchedness on the Republican Tea GOP’s end myself!

M: Dude! Here, these are the transcripts to two of the episodes showcasing the wretchedness of Republican Tea GOP Senator Ted Cruz on This Week With George Stephanopoulos June 1, 2014 and Republican Tea GOP Senator Lindsey Graham on Face The Nation with Bob Schieffer June 15, 2014.

D: Man! According to Bob Schieffer from the June 15, 2014 episode, Senator Lindsey
Graham has been to Iraq on numerous occasions and has been critical of the Obama Administration’s policy regarding that region of the world. According to Senator Graham himself,

Really, you go back to 2010 and 2011, the perfect storm. We withdraw our forces in 2011 so the security environment falls apart…
If the central government in Iraq collapses, and that's the goal of ISIS, Iran will own the southern part of Iraq, that's where the Shiaas live.
They can operate ISIS from Baghdad to Kurdistan, all the way into Syria. They will eventually march on Jordan and Lebanon.
Our best ally in the region is the king of Jordan and they will attack us from that part of Iraq and Syria. According to our own national-- director of National Intelligence, FBI director, the next 9/11 is coming from here…

Man? Isn’t Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper a George Herbert Walker and George Walker Bush guy? And isn’t FBI Director James Comey a George Walker Bush guy and a self-identified Republican too?

M: Dude! There are a lot of questions to be answered, aren’t there? Senator Lindsey Graham is revealing a truly two-tiered approach to the Middle East that the Republican Tea GOP leaders in Congress have been practicing since the days of George Walker Bush and the original 9/11 horror in Manhattan.

D: Man! According to George Stephanopoulos from the June 1, 2014 episode, Senator Ted Cruz had been abroad very recently spreading deep-pocketed corruptive measures of contempt against the Obama Administration! According to Senator Ted Cruz himself,
Well, you know, I just got back last week from traveling to Israel and Ukraine and Poland and Estonia. And it was striking -- you know, one of the things Ambassador Rice said that was absolutely correct is that American is the indispensable leader.
But what our allies are expressing over and over again is that leadership is missing. And the most frequent thing you hear when you talk to an ambassador, a foreign minister of our friends and allies is they pull you aside quietly in hushed tones; they say, "Where is America?"
When America's weak, when the American president is weak, it leaves our friends and allies vulnerable and it makes the world a lot more -- And there's a whole range of intermediate steps.
Number one, President Obama should have spoken out clearly in support of freedom, in support of the protesters when the protesters began in the Maidan Square…
I had the privilege of traveling through the Maidan Square, being led by 16-year-old high school girl who saw her compatriots shot by army snipers. And they continue to protest for freedom. America should speak out for freedom.
But then after that, we should stand with our allies and not give into Russia. We should, number one, right now, install the anti-ballistic missile batteries in Eastern Europe, in Poland, the Czech Republic, that were scheduled to go in 2009, that President Obama canceled in an effort to appease Putin. That hadn't worked.
And number two, we should be using energy as a tool to help liberate the Ukrainian people and to impose costs on Putin. There are over 20 applications to export liquid natural gas bottled up in the Obama administration. He should approve them because that would be a meaningful step to stand with the Ukrainian people and free them from Russia's economic blackout.
M: Dude! The Republican Tea GOP is very self-incriminating, isn’t it? The American Press would not be too off the mark if it learned to take the words communicated to them by the Republican Tea GOP leaders not just seriously, but literally.
D: Man! There is a two-tiered approach that the Republican Tea GOP in the United States Congress wants implemented concerning everyday Americans’ access to the Internet. Did you hear about how the Congressional Republicans are trying to promote yet another duplicitous piece of legislation that would allow for the pathway to service providers being able to censor future content that is made available to the general public through the Internet?
M: Dude! The “paid prioritization” financial structuring of the Internet is just the start of something more insidious being constructed by the status quo neoconservatives in the United States. We must register to vote on Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014 and clean out the congested mess of Republican Tea GOP infiltrates from the 2010 midterms who have done absolutely nothing except legislatively ruin everything that Americans dare to dream about and to obstruct our incumbent President of the United States Barack Obama.
D: Man! I cannot help but remember reading former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s author’s note in Hard Choices last night.
M: Dude! Hey! No spoilers! I want to read it entirely myself too!
D: Man! This will entice, not upset your reader ambitions.
M: Dude! All right. Go on.
D: Man! Quote unquote smart power.
M: Dude! That’s it? You’re not quoting any further than that?

D: Man! I’ll just say Hard Choices is absolutely thrilling. I lost a lot of sleep learning and disciplining myself to not be such an intellectual hoarder as I am sometimes and, like Secretary Rodham Clinton, be able to communicate empathy with such palpitating honesty and affection for everybody, especially our country.

Reading Rainbow is Returning Happily Ever Forever

(M)an: Dude! We’re well into 2014, six years from 2020, and the future is bleak if American voters don’t feel compelled to vote in the 2014-midterm elections this November 4, 2014, Election Day Tuesday.

(D)ude: Man! If American voters do not begin to register to vote in order to cast their ballots on November 4, 2014, Election Day Tuesday, the Republican Tea GOP will continue their assault on the world that they’ve initiated with Boko Haram in Nigeria abducting at least 200 of our precious daughters there, Hamas in Palestine causing yet another unrest with the kidnapping of three Israeli teenagers from the West Bank, and the Al Qaeda-linked  Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or the ISIS that is purported to have posted photographs of hundreds of Iraqi soldiers being executed online via Twitter last week. We must clean out both the United States Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives if we really want peace and justice at home.

M: Dude! Cannot the American Public and American Press Corps connect the dots and form the necessary lines of degeneracy that is the Republican Tea GOP? Why won’t the New York Times and the Huffington Post and the Daily Beast and the Washington Post recall when the Republican Tea GOP leaders snickered about an October Surprise as way back as January 2012, and this doesn’t involve Hurricane Sandy’s affecting 24 states in the USA when it hit our shores around October 29, 2012. It involves the Benghazi, Libya tragedy of September 11, 2012.

D: Man! The United States Congressional Republicans have started a new catch phrase about how they are not “qualified scientists” to discuss climate change and its effects on the United States and the entire globe for that matter, Speaker of the House of Representatives John Boehner and Florida Senator Marco Rubio dismissing the entire phenomenon on the fact of their own ignorance about the mechanisms of climate change. And then you have Representative Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee dismissing the entire phenomenon of climate change as being not cost effective enough, forgetting to specify whether she’s addressing the short term or the long term in her cost benefits analyses.

M: Dude! I just read the first chapter of Michio Kaku’s 1997 masterpiece Visions. Do you know that the Republican Tea GOP is operating on total corruption?

D: Man! I read the first part to Michio Kaku’s Visions too! Twice! It took at least another reread to finally get myself to comprehend the basics of the quantum revolution that lead to two others, the computer revolution and the biomolecular revolution. But I don’t quite understand the concept of the quanta and the Schrodinger wave equation. What exactly are these two concepts from the era of reductionism?

M: Dude! Well, the era of reductionism began with the laws of motion that Isaac Newton of England conjectured and published in 1687 and ended up with the quantum theory conjectured around 1925 by Erwin Schrodinger of Austria and Werner Heisenberg of Germany primarily. You see, Max Planck of Germany won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918 for originating the quantum theory, however. Planck’s quantum theory and Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity are the bases for our understanding atomic and subatomic mechanisms-which is quantum physics, and space and time-which is relativity.

D: Man! So the era of reductionism propelled humanity to an understanding from the observational to the microscopic to the atomic and to the subatomic while conjecturing a space and time continuum that has applications to everyday life like the Global Positioning System, or GPS, that is the hallmark of modern electronics and only proves Albert Einstein’s relativity true, that the speed of light remains constant for all observers, but that space contracts and time dilates depending on observer velocity.

M: Dude! Planck’s stand during World War I was to sign onto the October 23, 1914 Manifesto of the Ninety-Three that declared the ninety-three intellectual powerhouse cosigners as supporters of the German military in the early phases of that particular theatre of war. But do we throw Planck’s Law of Thermal Radiation to the wayside because of his political bent?

D: Man! I get it! I get it! The Republican Tea GOP wants to create so-called terrorists in Eurasia and the Afro-Asiatic by inflicting wounds through purchasing and training troublemakers with their Super-PAC finances that billionaires like the Brothers Koch and Sheldon Adelson are not only participating in, but that the newer generation of Silicon Valley billionaires are partaking in as well unknowingly, like Twitter and Facebook. There should be more discriminating mechanics in place to keep images like the ones to come out on Twitter from the ISIS in the first place, and Facebook’s dissection of its users’ gender identity into 56 categories is very undemocratic to say the least. And there is always a high price to pay for indiscretions, just look at how Tina Brown and Newsweek Magazine were wiped out of paper print by controversy surrounding the newsmagazine’s release of the late Tim Hetherington’s photograph.

M: Dude! The Republican Tea GOP is responsible for the leaks onto Twitter from the ISIS and the 56 categories of gender in place at Facebook will only mean trouble ahead for all users of the website if American voters choose not to come out and vote for the Democratic Ticket this November 4, 2014, Election Day Tuesday.

D: Man! Why do the Republican Tea GOP leaders want to even play such a dangerous game by equipping random groups of wretchedly disenfranchised men and boys abroad in order to create chaos and tragedies that they then come onto national television and blame President Obama for?

M: Dude! The American people have a lot to be grateful for, but most of all the fact that they popularly reelected President Obama for a second term. According to Michio Kaku’s timeless estimates, human civilization on Earth has not risen to Type 1 status yet. We are a Type 0 civilization focused heavily on dead plants to fuel our machines with energy, primarily coal and oil.

D: Man! President Obama and his Administration are trying hard to get American voters to the polls this November 4, 2014 because the Republican Tea GOP is driving this country to ruin. The American voters will have to decide Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014 if they want to congressionally drive their political wills with the handbrake on or not. Basically, it’s a matter of driving with the handbrake on and ruining the country in the long term, or releasing the handbrake and voting in the 2014-midterm for the country to calmly advance onto a Type 1 civilization, which President Obama is focused on US becoming by 2020.

M: Dude! If you deal crude, then you’re a Republican Tea GOP, and if you deal with crude, then you’re a Democrat. President Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry are being dealt a lot of crude by Republican Arizona Senator John McCain and Republican South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham and the obstructionist Congressional Republicans. I would not listen to either one of the two, especially since they agreed to the point of disagreeing on the approach in Iraq and with Iran.

D: Man! Both McCain and Graham are just trying to divert the American voters attention onto the chaos their political party, the Republican Tea GOP, has been financing since 2011 abroad. This weekend they were both bragging on the Sunday talk shows about having predicted war three years ago in Iraq. But wait! Didn’t they both also snicker around about impending doom on President Obama’s foreign agenda around this same time before the presidential election of 2012?

M: Dude! They knew about Benghazi, Libya and General Petraeus should be grilled about the state of affairs then instead of being dismissed for an actual extramarital affair that surfaced so conveniently into his resignation on November 9, 2012.

D: Man! The McCain and Graham operatic overtures playing out right now must be taken seriously and American voters must understand that they hold the keys to the world’s future as a planetary civilization. And the American voter must understand that the future of the entire planet and our solar system rests in their hands and their power to vote in the upcoming November 4, 2014 elections. We need to run forward with solar energy and then advance onto galactic energy, remembering that Star Trek is just a glimpse inside a Type 2 civilization and that problems like chronic diseases require that we embrace the polygenic perspectives waiting to be tackled and not be afraid of such a discipline as science, especially now that knowledge lies in integrating DNA sequencing and robotics through manipulating quanta in miraculous achievements that could impress the prophets.

M: Dude! A global culture is impossible with the destructiveness of the Republican Tea GOP, which only thinks of the world as a video game console and themselves as thieving political operators who decide who shall die where and when and how in order to benefit their own attainment of obscene wealth and reign. The Republican Tea GOP needs obscene results fast, meaning there has to be a result of victory in the end for themselves and there must be a loser on the opposite side. The world is too multicultural and multilayered to be cut into factions and sectors.

D: Man! I think all the faiths in the world are beautiful and worthy of coexistence. But the Republican Tea GOP basically decides how missionary work too must be doled out abroad. In Nigeria, the Muslims and the Christians were coexisting just fine, but the Republican Tea GOP felt challenged in the midterm election season that is upon US now and they want to place any blame upon President Obama’s shoulders so that American voters feel so discouraged and defeated and disappointed that they stay home and not vote on Election Day Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

Christopher Ross Michaels-Martinez (23 December 1993 - 23 May 2014)

Christopher Ross Michaels-Martinez (23 December 1993 - 23 May 2014)

Bulleh Shah (1680-1757) translated from the Punjabi by Manfred Spencer Alverston & Associates.

Book: Bulleh Shah [Sufi poet] Avowed

“How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?”

How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?

But if I speak the truth, it kindles the bonfire; if I do not speak the truth, it destroys all; my heart fears both circumstances, I speak with an utmost caution.

How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?

These courtyard aberrations are quite the slippery slope; walk with caution and grit in this pitch lightlessness.

First and foremost, look inside your self and earnestly unearth that undiscovered mercy; why do people search for relevance outside their selves?

How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?

Those who accept nonconforming reservations with the secret self-restraints of an ascetic, they are the ones who build the pathways to that inner soul beyond credence.

They are the dwellers of happy dwellings; a world in which there are no upper or lower classes.

How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?

One indispensable stipulation is a respect for all; I know this fact alone today, but so must all people understand this law certainly before tomorrow.

Inside each and every one of our hearts, resides the face of a higher power; somewhere it is apparent, somewhere it is concealed.

How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?

This understanding is confirmatory of my learning, attendant there is truth and every word is true.

Apart from this, all the wrangling is superfluous, for no reason the rowdy brood and manufacture tumult.

How can this indisputable discourse clamoring upon my restraint tongue remain unspoken?

Bulleh-a! The Higher Power is not detached from us!

Without the Higher Power, we are just specks of dust, have eyes but no sight!

That is why you suffer separation from Him et al! He et al are undeniably you!

False Pretenses 2010-2014

(D)ude: Man! You said you were going to the gym but haven’t gone, why?

(M)an: Dude! How’d you find out?

D: Man! It’s on your calendar.

M: Dude! That’s to keep me motivated throughout the day before.

D: Man! So you wrote your aspiration to workout today yesterday?

M: Dude! It is recorded history today and I’d rather remain spontaneous and live in the present tense.

D: Man! You’re really sounding off like a Congressional Republican Tea GOP spokesperson!

M: Dude! Speaking of sounding off like a Congressional Republican Tea GOP, have you been following events unfolding since the Qatari government brokered the deal allowing for the safe return of Sergeant Bergdahl after five years of captivity? Republican Representative Mike Rogers of Michigan chairs the House Intelligence Committee but is mentally entrenched in the United States having agreed to release five prisoners from the United States’ Guantanamo Bay military detention camp in exchange for Sergeant Bergdahl’s return home.

D: Man! Why are the Republican Tea GOP members all criticizing the brokering of such a deal anyways? I mean, what are the Congressional Republicans so afraid of? Didn’t the United States Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush and George Walker Bush basically abuse the term “terrorism” after the 1987 meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation addressed the issue in great detail?

M: Dude! Yes. The world in the new millennium needs to become aware of the political tints of historical figures and organizations and learn to surrender to the grey and color outside the lines periodically.

D: Man! I think teachers should never introduce their students to the grade of one hundred percent. Give the kid no more than a ninety-nine. In fact, give him or her two or three ninety-nines. Were you aware that the Republican Tea GOP Representative from Wisconsin Paul Ryan’s budget is written under false pretences?

M: Dude! The Republican Tea GOP leadership is trying to obtain personal wealth from the United States government through cutting everything under the false pretence of quote unquote balancing the budget and reducing the deficit. American voters need to cast their ballots no matter how booked their schedules are on November 4, 2014, or otherwise suffer the tragedy of basically having to endure the obstructionist inaction of a bunch of prejudicial cronies in the United States Congress supported by lobbyists like the National Rifle Association that are, through government deregulation, perpetrating the mass killings across the United States under the false pretences of protecting the Second Amendment “right to bear arms” and being avid hunters themselves with concerns about defending themselves if perpetrators descended upon their homesteads.

D: Man! Why are the Republican Tea GOP members all criticizing the brokering of such a deal between the United States and the Taliban with Qatar as the mediator?

M: Dude! The Congressional Republicans’ plan to disrupt the integrity of Veterans Affairs and the United States Federal Government before the midterm elections on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, is part of their strategy to reclaim control of both the United States Senate and the House of Representatives. However, Democrats and Independents like Representative Nancy Pelosi and Senator Bernie Sanders are diligently working to counter the attacks from the far right that the United States is a bureaucratic mess needing privatization. Pelosi has addressed the direct effects of the Roberts Supreme Court’s decisions Citizens United and McCutcheon, while Sanders acknowledged General Eric Shinseki’s critical role in digitalizing the medical records of our veterans.

D: Man! The task remains unfinished, it is unacceptable, and CACI International, Inc should be held accountable for its disinterest in completing the job of digitalizing interdepartmentally the backlog of veteran records at the Department of Veterans Affairs with the Department of Defense’s computer system. The Pentagon already utilizes HAIMS, the Health Artifact Imagery Management System that has been outdated for over a decade, according to Kris Osborn at Military dot COM.

M: Dude! What’s HAIMS’ replacement?

D: Man! The VLER, or Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record, is considerably efficient for veterans and their families since they too can log into the system wherever they are living or stationed, and is already in use in Tacoma, Washington and San Diego, California facilities, proving its effectiveness multifold.

M: Dude! What’s CACI International, Inc trying to protract and prolong through persistent inaction? Our men and women in uniform are suffering as a result and CACI International, Inc remains dismissive to their immediate needs.

D: Man! CACI International, Inc and the Titan Corporation were military contractors during the Second Iraq War where, from 2003 to 2004, employees were alleged to have perpetrated torturous crimes against Iraqi inmates at Abu Ghraib Prison, located in the city of Abu Ghraib, Iraq, northwest of Baghdad International Airport. And, CACI International, Inc’s headquartered in San Diego, California too, like one of the two facilities that are already using VLER as part of their protocol, according to Kris Osborn.

M: Dude! The five Guantanamo prisoners are not entirely the lone perpetrators in acts against humanity. They may have been the anti-terrorism networkers who George Walker Cheney Rumsfeld Rice wanted indicted and imprisoned in order to promote the false pretence that both Bush Administrations had effectively dealt with issues in the Middle East with multiple warfronts and mass deployment of our sons and daughters in uniform. The American people have to vote back the democratic process that the Republican Tea GOP has essentially annihilated for personal growth through pocketing the treasuries of not just the United States themselves, but also overseeing that Benazir Bhutto profited off of Pakistan’s resources in exchange for claiming those who knew of the clandestine arrangements, being made between the right wing and foreign despotic anarchists, were terrorists and took on a relaxed disrespect towards Islam herself when in the company of such Islam phobic Administrations like Reagan’s and the Bushes’ exploiting the very tactics of preventing terrorism discussed by the IOC in 1987 to launch the war on terrorism through dividing up countries like Pakistan into religious and political factions and then handing them varieties of guns and ammo to defend their makeshift posts and the surrounding territory. The GOP is continuing that trend in India through financing the BJP and the now Prime Minister of India Modi.

D: Man! If the American people do not vote on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, the United States of America is going to plunge into the horrors of the last century and the promise of Pope Francis the First’s recent visit to the Middle East will be erased by the Congressional Republicans in Washington, D.C.

M: Dude! The George Walker Bush Administration is trying to wash its hands of the blood of millions worldwide. Walker, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice ripped the pages out of the history books and used it to blot the makeup they had applied to their faces so to not come across as the deadly gizmos that they personify.

D: Man! Let’s pray for the safe reintegration and family reunification of Sergeant Bergdahl. Soldiers are the best scholars and historians. It would be unfortunate if Bergdahl’s comrades are mislead by such false pretenses as the Republican Tea GOP is trying to sell American audiences through censored media outlets that shamelessly promote and provoke viewers to vote against their own best interests.

M: Dude! I elect the four-pawed One Star General of the Warrior Canine Connection as the primary counsel for Sergeant Bergdahl.

D: Man! Aye!
