“Ka’ba and Ka’shi” page 483

Whether your heart pulsates in view of Ka’ba or Ka’shi

The Supreme Being is aligned personally with both alliances

Vis-à-vis!

Whether you call after Him “Raheem!” or “Ram!”

Upon both, the Supreme Being comes to light

Equitably!

Whether this is a mosque or that is a temple

To respect this and that is urgently important

The purpose within each being

To heal one’s soul and restore all love to His tenderness!

Society!

As to these quarrels over superiority of Muslims

Or the superiority of Hindus

All are unintelligent

Perfunctory talk! Negligence!

I believe we have become convinced of this at least:

If you or I believe this and if you or I believe that

It is analogous! Akin!

If and only if you enfold sincerity, selflessness, and feelings

Will every door open for your aspirations and prayers.

Every dwelling is His home. So believe this and believe that!

Respect! All is just the same! Heal from within and without!
