"His twenty-seventh birthday's here but Aaron Swartz is not."

Sahir Ludhianvi (1921-1980), page 395. Translated from the Hindi-Urdu by Alverston & Associates.

“And only you are the one who is not here.”

Everything of this world is still there.

But you are not here.

The vision and the view are still exactly the same.

The silent expanse’s signs are still there.

As per say everything is still there but still there is nothing.

In every teardrop there is glitter of some lost happiness.

In every sigh there is sharp pain of the moment that has passed without you.

Wherever you are now, your pain is still here.

There is no regret.

There is no wistfulness.

There is no defense.

Other than memories in my possession there is nothing.

Who has the assurance that even these memories are going to stay or not?
