21st Century Children's Voices Being Heard: "Vote! America! Vote!"

21st Century Homeschoolers being moderated by stay-at-home father Dr. George Byron, curriculum and instruction consultant with a doctoral degree

Dr. George Byron: We were speaking of President Donald Trump's 2019 Budget yesterday. There are how many government departments at the federal level mentioned in the 2019 Budget?

Kehkashan: There are nineteen in all and alphabetically listed in the 2019 Budget. Barry and Gordy were assigned to the first four, so I'll give them the floor to discuss their talking points.

Gordy: Thanks! Yes, there are nineteen departments listed in the 2019 Budget and Barry and I were stunned reading about the first four specifically, the Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, and the Department of Education.

Dr. George Byron: Stunned? How so?

Barry: Well, first of all, Gordy and I read through the sections on the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, and Education and found that there was some indication of the style of rearrangement of the United States Military with regard to the wall that President Trump has proposed and harassed upon the American electorate in his characteristic bullying stage dramatics and unconventional take on American grammar since he took office.

Dr. George Byron: Unconventional American grammar? How so?

Barry: Well, President Trump has been utilizing the online social networking services of Twitter well before having won the 2016 presidential election and being handed the responsibilities of Commander in Chief of the United States of America.

Annie: However, doesn't President Trump get the added security of being able to erase his misspelled and misspoken entries on Twitter? Doesn't this ability to erase the history of one's errors on Twitter negate the online networking servicer's claim that it is a legit news site?

Dr. George Byron: Very interesting perspectives being heard today. Online networking services like Twitter bring an element of democracy into the political process with leaders and voters being able to address each other directly. However, the American electorate is not directly able to have a say in how the Office of Management and Budget within the Executive Office of the President will dole out the budget of the United States government, or does it? Gordy?

Gordy: The American electorate has the ability to view and read the entire budget online and then vote accordingly in the midterm elections, whether in favor of President Trump's Budget for the Fiscal Year 2019, in which case they would cast their ballots for the Republicans, or, if they choose against the measures outlined explicitly in the annual budget, like President Trump's Budget for the Fiscal Year 2019, in which case they would cast their ballots for the Democrats.

Dr. George Byron: Really? Is it as simple as voting Republican or Democrat?

Barry: Well, actually, it is simple. The Republicans under President Trump have, as the president himself, been Democrats in decades past and have changed parties only recently, post-Citizens United.

Gordy: Both the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Commerce right now have been Democrats in the era of the Clinton presidency. Hillary Clinton herself has supported the conscription of women in the military in the United States as part of her 2016 call for national service prerequisites that both women and men would adhere towards under her and her arrangements with the United States Congress that she assisted in turning red over and over again, as she is doing right now.

Barry: Gordy has advanced into the discussion way ahead of where I wanted to go initially.

Gordy: I apologize. Please continue. Barry?

Barry: The bar has been gravely lowered in terms of middle, low, and no-income Americans achieving their American dreams. The Republican GOP, pseudo-democrats Bill and Hillary Clinton and corporations since the Citizens United ruling in 2010 have essentially dissolved if not eliminated unions in the United States. The Clintons are collectively worth around a quarter of a billion dollars and the Koch brothers are low-end billionaires lacking the alacrity of true business genius to understand that the law of diminishing returns in effect will doom the Clintons and Koch brothers from achieving robust diversity within the top two-percent of society that they inhabit with the underhanded initiatives they have been conspiring against the non-two-percent for world domination.

Gordy: The law of diminishing returns will win the day in the long run against these multi-million and low-end billion dollar monopolies to seek world domination. The Bush Foundation and the Clinton Foundation do overlap in the manner by which they seek personal fortune and fortitude. The underhanded initiatives that the pseudo-democrats like Bill and Hillary Clinton and the warmongering far righters comprising the Republican Party involve collaborations between the two entities. Case in point is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the steps taken by all the aforementioned in predicating the "Arab spring" a backfiring of horrific proportions.

Annie: So the "Arab spring" could have been a success after all?

Barry: If then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had not been in that position of power.

Kehkashan: Hillary Clinton and Bibi Netanyahu and the Republican majority in both houses of the United States Congress conspired against the wave of revelation and revolution that was the "Arab spring"? What financial motive could you possibly have in guaranteeing against the tides of progress and empowerment in such a volatile region of the world as is the Middle East?

Dr. George Byron: Does the sale of weapons or the potential of a weapons system configure into this equation? Barry?

Barry: Yes! The potential of a weapons system does play a role in this seemingly convoluted tale of world domination amongst the top two-percent in the international community, specifically the mobile air defense system in Israel that goes by the name "Iron Dome" and has been proven effective 75 to 95 percent of the time in intercepting and annihilating rockets and shells fired anywhere from 2.5 miles to 45 miles away by enemy forces.

Dr. George Byron: Thus, how does the Iron Dome mobile air defense system in Israel configure into this equation? Gordy?

Gordy: Remember Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu's coming to Washington, DC to address the United States Congress on March 3, 2015?

Annie: Prime Minister Netanyahu's visiting via a direct invite from the Congressional Republicans?

Gordy: The Clintons factor into this coordinated effort by the Congressional Republicans to bring the Israeli Prime Minister to the United States to address Congress.

Kehkashan: What bargaining prospects were there for the Congressional Republicans and the Clintons in 2015? Hillary was no longer Secretary of State at the time.

Barry: But she had facilitated enough underhanded dealings with the Republicans and the Israeli Prime Minister since Bill Clinton's presidency. Netanyahu's first premiership, or the first time that he got the opportunity to become Israel's PM, was during President Bill Clinton's second term as Commander in Chief of the United States.

Gordy: And Netanyahu was reinstated as Israeli PM for the second time, or his second premiership, shortly after Secretary of State Hillary Clinton reinstated herself in the executive branch of American government in the capacity that would allow her to directly deal with the implementation of the potential weapons system of tomorrow, that being the Israeli Iron Dome.

Barry: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton exited out of office after the Iron Dome was proven to be deployable and successful in intercepting and annihilating, as I said before, rockets and shells fired by enemy forces.

Dr. George Byron: During President Clinton's second term as Commander in Chief, there was an air defense system that was proven deployable and successful theoretically, but abandoned due to the exorbitant operational costs involved.

Gordy: Yes! There was an air defense system created by the Israelis at the time but was proven to be too costly. It was called the Nautilus and the year was 1996. Surprisingly, the contractors and government deemed actual troops on the ground far more cost-effective. Are the lives of men and women in uniform so flexibly expendable for contractors and government?

Kehkashan: Which contractors and government exactly? Sounds to me as if these mobile air defense system campaigns are multinational in scope and involve not just one but many governments. Thus far, we've got the Clintons and the Congressional Republicans and Israeli PM Netanyahu in the mix. Who else?

Gordy: George Walker Bush 43 was president when the Israelis chose Rafael, an Israeli contractor, over the American contractor Lockheed Martin to lead the way in constructing the Iron Dome. It was 2007. I believe the Israeli government became hesitant about going with Lockheed Martin because the American contractor, although headquartered in Maryland, has three locations in North Texas, the state where Bush 43 served as governor for far too long and the prospects of building an alliance with a plausible quarterback of 9/11/01 would be too grim.

Barry: It would be too grim to build an alliance with a plausible quarterback of 9/11/01. However, Boeing and Raytheon are American contractors with ties to the production of materials for future Iron Dome-like infrastructures. Surprisingly, both Boeing and Raytheon have joint ventures with Lockheed Martin that are linked to the development and implementation of future Iron Dome-like infrastructures across the globe. The Lockheed Martin -- Boeing marriage has produced two offsprings: the United Launch Alliance and United Space Alliance. The Lockheed Martin -- Raytheon compact has resulted in the Javelin Joint Venture that is now extinct but whose after effects have contributed significantly to the advancement of Iron Dome-like infrastructures.

Dr. George Byron: How does President Trump 45's Budget for Fiscal Year 2019 factor into all this? And let's redirect our attention to the Department of Agriculture and Department of Commerce under President Donald Trump. Gordy?

Gordy: Beginning with the Department of Agriculture, Secretary "Sonny" Perdue is a Democrat-turned-Republican politician-businessman from Georgia who prayed for rain with his constituents on the steps of the state Capitol during an epic drought in 2007 but still refuses to accept climate change realities facing middle, low, and no-income Americans.

Barry: Perdue attempted to create a statewide program for advanced disaster preparedness, but the project proved too daunting for the state of Georgia to implement alone in 2009 when the Southeastern floods hit Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Perdue ended up declaring a state of emergency for 17 counties. And according to an article by Erika Beras for American Public Media's Marketplace dot org website,

"Once a state declares a state of emergency, it can then ask the federal government for funds. Additional money can come from the Disaster Relief Fund, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or Congress can consider a special supplemental spending bill."

Annie: The marketplace dot org website is run by American Public Media? I'm trying to find it on my iPad but cannot. Could you please just hand over yours for a second so that I can get a view of where I'm supposed to be headed?

Kehkashan: It is interesting that Perdue declared a state of emergency in 17 counties in 2009, because according to the Trump Budget for Fiscal Year 2019, under the Department of Homeland Security, page 60...

"Catastrophic storms in the fall of 2017 demonstrated the importance of flood insurance in helping individuals quickly recover. However, flood claims for damages from the storms drove the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) deeper in debt. The Administration recognizes that flood insurance rates must increase so that policyholders' premiums reflect the risk of living in flood zones. The Administration has proposed various reforms to the Congress that would ensure the continued financial stability of the NFIP while maintaining affordability for low-income policyholders, and expand the private market to get the Federal Government out of the flood insurance business."

Gordy: President Trump's 2019 Budget is expanding the private market to get the federal government out of the flood insurance business! No wonder Donald Trump became the leader of the Republican GOP and got placed in the White House in 2016! He's going to institute private sector development or PSD in the United States of America that is implemented in developing countries to stimulate private enterprise. Are Americans going to pursue their voting rights in the United States or allow President Trump and the Congressional Republicans in the Senate and House of Representatives to reduce the United States of America into a third world diaspora?

Barry: The United States is already on the road to becoming a third world diaspora, if the American Electorate decides to allow themselves to be intimidated at their respective polling places on Election Day Tuesday, November 6, 2018, and not vote as a result of President Trump and the Republican Party's scare tactics at not just the national but local levels as well. It is going to be a third world diaspora if Trump and the GOP get away with harassing the American people to the extent that they have been since the GOP placed the Tea Party rogue Sarah Palin on the ticket at the national level way back when John McCain was alive and running beside such a crook as she. And Hillary Clinton must be heralded into the same league as Sarah Palin, two two-heeled frauds who purposely took American girls and women back to the days when female autonomy was actually a life-or-death dealing.

Annie: Kehkashan brought up the Department of Homeland Security, one of the next four federal-level departments of government that she and I were assigned to read and report back on. Well, if you continue reading on page 60, President Trump and the Congressional Republicans plan to strengthen protection of US Leaders by allocating an additional two billion plus for the Secret Service. I believe that Trump and the Republican Party are invested literally in saving their own lives abroad when they plan backdoor dealings with countries like North Korea. Will North Korea get a mobile air defense system as well and will it be monitored by contractors from the United States? Are President Trump and the Republicans negotiating mobile air defense systems with Third World nations?

Gordy: Yes! There is a term for mobile air defense systems that are not as robust and more cost-efficient and that term is "indigenous" as in "an indigenous mobile air defense system." India and South Korea are signed up to get such category of protection from the co-production mobilization team of the United States and Israel in this international venture of producing a market and the dire need for mobile air defense systems. Alan Greenspan has resurfaced recently and his wife Andrea Mitchell feigns the notion that Trump is uncharted territory. He's just a far better actor than Ronald Reagan.

Barry: Ronald Reagan was a screen actor and Donald Trump is a reality television star. Do you think Trump 45 will ever get his White House staff to coordinate revving up a helicopter like Reagan 40 did so that the press corps cannot discern what he's saying during conferences?

Dr. George Byron: But what about the Department of Commerce? What did you gather about the Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross? Barry?

Barry: The United States Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross said one line that really hit home the need for American Voters to come out and cast their ballots on Election Day Tuesday, November 6, 2018. He clearly and confidently stated at the 2018 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland that, and I quote,

"There have always been trade wars. The difference now is U. S. troops are now coming to the ramparts."

Gordy: That is the direct quote, but to clarify intent, I should point out the definition of the word rampart as including and not limited to, according to the dictionary entry that appears when you Google search the word, and I quote too,

"... A defensive wall of a castle or walled city, having a broad top with a walkway and typically a stone parapet."

Barry: The Star-Spangled Banner states the realities on the ground in the United States of America during the Battle of Baltimore in the War of 1812. Francis Scott Key writes brilliantly,

"Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming"

Gordy: President Trump and the Republican Party are planning to build a wall on the Texas-Mexico Border and this wall will encompass Iron Dome technology. You can sign up online for a gun license in Texas nowadays and there are laws to carry a gun on college campuses without facing consequences as before.

Barry: While Trump's private plane is flying over the constituents duking it out on the ground in Texas, arguing over the day-to-day terror of living on the verge of insurrection, the Iron Dome will target everyday Americans with such precision that the horrors of the Third Reich in Europe and the British Raj in Indo-Pak will resurface on American soil with American middle, low, and no-income families constantly in a panic due to being on the verge of newer and newer extinction threats as never seen before, thanks to Trump and the Republican Budget of 2019.

Dr. George Byron: I would like to conclude with the following, from The Star-Spangled Banner's third stanza,

"And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion,
A home and a country, should leave us no more?
Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps' pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave..."

I would like you to read the national anthem in its entirety alongside Joseph Cummins' two-volume masterful work, The War Chronicles. Read the introductions to both volumes and we will pick up from where we left off today. Remember to continue reading your assigned sections of the 2019 Trump Budget.
