Regarding the Elephant in the Room at the Republican National Convention 2016...

(M)an: Dude! What’s the matter?

(D)ude: Man! I was taking a siesta and heard two police cars outside a few hours back and cannot stop thinking of the tragedies descending on all of Humanity suddenly and consecutively.

M: Dude! I was watching Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday this morning and he was interviewing the presumptive Republican candidate Donald Trump’s campaign adviser Paul Manafort and Republican Party Chairman Reince Priebus. Manafort and Priebus did not reveal anything at all about the Republican Party’s four-day agenda for the Republican National Convention, taking place Monday through Thursday of this week. It made me think… Are these miseries unfolding across the United States and the world due to the rhetoric of Trump and the inaction of Congressional Republicans and the combined rhetoric and inaction of the United States Press Corps?

D: Man! The Department of Justice and the FBI must investigate the whereabouts of all the Republican Party members of Congress and their staffers for the past twelve months!

M: Dude! The American people mustn’t lose sight of the politics to come in this presidential election year. The American people, thanks to Congressional Republicans, haven’t seen any significant public sector job growth and any infrastructure being built on their behalf at the state and local levels where the Republican Party reigns supreme by utilizing substandard and evangelical rhetoric that identifies themselves as Christian and conservative, while labeling all others who choose to think differently as unchristian and liberal.

D: Man! This is how they have been operating since the time of Ronald Reagan! Don’t you remember how college was affordable and public housing residents lived familial to each other before the descent of that trickle down nonsense?

M: Dude! The American people must organize at the grassroots level and gather as many people in the American electorate to exercise their right to vote with sound mind and for their betterment.

D: Man! This is a revolutionary time in the history of our too young republic for the American people to feel indifferent or afraid to vote on Election Day, November 8, 2016! And I seriously think these tragedies are a result of the American electorate waiving their right to vote in the midterms.

D: Man! What about the presidential election this year?

M: Dude! The Republican Party has no agenda nor platform! They are the financiers of unrest throughout the world! As far as the presidential election on November 8, 2016, I think the American people must reorganize their protests to reflect a crucial and far more effective form of protest, the safest of all sorts thus far, and that is registering voters to cast their ballots. Leaders from all walks of life must make certain their communities are registered to vote and arrange for there to be unbiased election officials present to keep the atmosphere comfortable for all participants casting their ballots in this year’s election!

D: Man! Why are the Republicans financing unrest throughout the world? And why is the American Press Corps siding with the Republicans?

M: Dude! America’s wealthiest, like the Koch brothers and Sheldon Adelson, have figured a price at which they can purchase political favors and actual members of the press corps, at home and abroad!

D: Man! Hence the unrest in the United States right now! Paul Manafort and Reince Priebus came on the air with Chris Wallace at 8am?

M: Dude! The Republican Party has preplanned spreading terror for the purposes of not having the convention at all.

D: The Republican Party hasn’t undergone preparations for the convention, other than arranging scripted mayhem.

M: Dude! The protestors in Cleveland, Ohio, the locale of the Republican National Convention this year, have been paid by Republican Super-PACS.

D: Man! The public should not buy into this mayhem and, instead, protect their beloveds from violence, including our brave police officers.
