Election TuesDay November 4, 2014: Register, Then Vote!!!!

(M)an: Dude! Do you know how to spell Tiananmen Square?

(D)ude: Man! T-I-A-N-A-M-E-N_S-Q-U-A-R-E?

M: Dude! You forgot an “N” and close enough spellings are not acceptable in today’s global economy.  

D: Man! The American Press Corps not directing their journalism and multimedia interns to read and inform them of specifics from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Hard Choices is unacceptable in today’s global society.

M: Dude! Hard Choices is the countermeasure to the destruction and violence that the Republican Tea GOP is bringing onto the streets of Ferguson, Missouri right now. There ought not be any protests in the town squares because the Tea GOP Republicans are wanting to provoke minority populations to disrupt and fume the flames of that wrath and incinerate their own diverse communities. The only antidote to all this hate and fury is for every concerned and bereft American to plan today to register to vote by his or her county’s deadlines and then vote for the Democratic Ticket on Election TuesDay November 4, 2014. It is an arduous process to vote with all the hurdles placed before US by the Republican Party in its nationwide voter fraud crusades and we must remember that it is Republican propaganda that has US mistakenly balking the Affordable Care Act and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.  

D: Man! Republican Propagandists that include the American Press Corps, which really got itself into an ethical ravine with police officers in Ferguson, Missouri. On one end of the chasm, there were misreporting news reporters from The Washington Post and The Huffington Post taking notes about the riotous night ahead at a nearby McDonald’s restaurant when they were roughhoused by police officers trying to vacate the premises in their efforts to besmirch the collection of any evidence contrary to what they and their Republican Tea GOP financiers were attempting to portray outside the county lines of St. Louis, Missouri. The police force is infiltrated by partisanship and fear because the Koch Klutz Klan has them in its mercilessly mercenary grip. The only remedy to the gridlocked quagmire of the Republican Tea GOP and its billionaire donors on the United States political process and race relations in its suburbs is for US to plan today to register and then vote for the Democratic alternative that is so beautifully outlined in Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Hard Choices.

After Japan it was onto Jakarta, Indonesia, where I was welcomed by a group of young students from the primary school that President Obama attended as a young  boy. During my visit, I went on The Awesome Show, one of the country’s most popular television programs. It felt just like MTV. Loud music blared between segments, and the interviewers all looked young enough to be in school, not hosting a national talk show.

They asked me a question that I would hear all over the world: How could I work with President Obama after we had campaigned so hard against each other? Indonesia was still a very young democracy; the longtime ruler, Suharto, was ousted in 1998 through popular protests, and the first direct Presidential election was held only in 2004. So it was not surprising that people were more accustomed to political rivals being jailed or exiled rather than appointed chief diplomat. I said it had not been easy losing a hard-fought campaign to President Obama but that democracy works only if political leaders put the common good ahead of personal interest. I told them that when he asked me to serve, I accepted because we both love our country. It was the first of many times that our partnership would serve as an example for people in other countries trying to understand democracy.     

M: Dude! Election TuesDay November 4, 2014! Register immediately and save US and our beloved nation.  

D: Man! If we don’t register and then vote, the Republican Tea GOP will never stop its Congressional Republican mayhem. United States citizens need to also keep in mind that anybody with a copy of The Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776 can list off the grievances our founders had then with the King of Great Britain as being the same egregious tyrannies being committed by the Republican Tea GOP and its billionaire donors.  

M: Dude! Really?

D: Man! Yes. Listen. I just simplified the wording to make it applicable to the entire body of Republican Tea GOP including their oligarchs.  

They have refused their Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

They have forbidden their Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till their Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, they have utterly neglected to attend to them.

They have refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants such as they.

They have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.

They have dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness their invasions on the rights of people.

They have refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

They have endeavored to prevent the population of these 50 States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

They have obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing their Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

They have made Judges dependent on their Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

They have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

They have kept amongst us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

They have affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

They have combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us.

For protecting them, by mock Trials, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world.

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent.

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trail by Jury.

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences.

For abolishing the free System of American Laws in neighboring States, establishing therein Arbitrary governments, and enlarging their Boundaries so as to render the States at once examples and fit instruments for introducing the same absolute rules into these United States of America.

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments.

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with the power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

They have abdicted Government here, by declaring us out of their Protections and waging War against us.

They have plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the Lives of our people.

They are at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstance of Cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy Heads of our civilized nation!

They have constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

They have excited domestic insurrections amongst US, and have endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Minorities and Female Savages, whose known rules of warfare, are an undistinguished degradation of all ages, sexes and conditions in their eyes.
